We are facilitating an experiential learning exchange in which students from well-funded and under-funded schools are connected through a series of “community impact” projects to help us understand and address inequity together.
Led by or “scholactivists” and guided by leading educators, we will provide valuable enrichment opportunities through interactions centered around the most urgent needs of underserved families.
While cooperative fundraising campaigns will be a key component of the program, interactions between scholars during “project learning” activities are designed to encourage connection and a new understanding of the systemic factors impacting our lives.
