At SFH, we believe in the transformative power of impact within the community. Our mission is rooted in the idea that positive change begins at the local level, and by harnessing the collective efforts of compassionate individuals, we can create a ripple effect of lasting influence.

Every action, no matter how small, has the potential to spark a chain reaction of improvement. Our commitment is to foster an environment where community members, volunteers, and partners come together to drive change, inspire progress, and uplift lives. We recognize that when we join forces, we can address challenges, amplify voices, and champion causes that matter most.

Through our programs, initiatives, and collaborations, we aim to cultivate a sense of unity and shared purpose. We work tirelessly to create opportunities that empower individuals to contribute to the betterment of their neighborhoods. By focusing on education, healthcare, sustainable development, and social equity, we aspire to leave a legacy of positive impact that extends far beyond our organization's efforts.

Join us in our journey to harness the power of impact within the community. Together, we can build a stronger, more vibrant future where the seeds of change we plant today blossom into a thriving landscape of possibility tomorrow.

Over the past seven years, we have served over 6,000 families and over 10,000 children, but there are millions of people who need our help. With your help, we can not only impact more lives, we can change the trajectory of those living in despair.

Expansion into East Africa-Uganda

It brings me great pleasure to announce SFH expansion into East Africa- Uganda!

Uganda is a low-income county and among the poorest countries in the world. In Uganda, absolute poverty is officially defined as a ‘condition of extreme deprivation of human needs, characterized by the inability of individuals or households to meet or access the minimum requirements for decent human wellbeing such as nutrition, health, literacy, and shelter. -Owori, 2020

Despite the obvious pandemic and epidemic struggles that citizens of Uganda are experiencing, there is hope. Hope for a better tomorrow where love and healing is at the forefront. Hope of bridging educational gaps and reconnecting communities. The need to serve together is evident because it takes a village to dismantle systems of oppression.

Our work in Uganda is to serve with love and help alleviate burdens in economically marginalized communities through Educational services, nutrition and empowerment.

Since its inception, the goal is to change narratives and that isn’t a local initiative, it’s global!

Join us in our continuous fight to change narratives!
